Rooms were amazingly comfortable, and there was free Wi-Fi. It was located in a pretty quiet area in a really nice part of town.

It is close to the train station and offers good transport links to the airport or other parts of the city. the rooms are clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the apartment is equipped with necessary facilities like a kitchen with dishes and a Co-op in the basement for convenience.

One downside is that the apartment may experience some noise disturbances, particularly from nearby establishments or activities happening in the courtyard below.

Liked the place, it had great location and staff. All in all everything was amazing, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. The bed was comfortable, television, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities were useful. Setting really close to Zurich as well as train. Had a nice coffee at Smuk, located 5 minutes walk away.

Lovely apartment with great location. Friendly staff in the building. The apartment was beautifully cleaned and smelled so fresh upon our arrival. We enjoyed having a balcony and the appliances were great. The supermarket nearby was a real bonus and the free use of the laundry facilities was amazing.

The lock box for the keys was a bit troublesome as we didn't receive the message code. Additionally, the noise level from the courtyard below was a disappointment, especially with a daycare located there.

We had an amazing stay at the apartments. Everything was new and in perfect condition, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The nearby train and bus stations were ideal for exploring the city or taking day trips to Titlis or Jungfrau. The apartments were spacious and provided plenty of room for us. The cleanliness was outstanding, and they provided all the necessary amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at Hitrental Apartments, especially Christian and his family, were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our extended stay. We are grateful for their support during a difficult time. If I were to visit Basel again, Hitrental would be my first and only choice.

This place is in a great location, close to a supermarket and the city center.

Check-in was seamless and I was able to store my luggage as I arrived early. the location is in a peaceful neighborhood, with a convenience store right below the building. Public transportation is easily accessible, with two bus lines stopping outside the building. It only took me less than ten minutes on line 30 to reach the city center by the Rhein River. I highly recommend this apartment if you prefer a quieter atmosphere away from the city hustle and bustle. The Free Basel Card also provided easy access to everything. Cons: It was all superb! 👍.

The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for our Christmas stay. The presence of a grocery store on the ground level was incredibly convenient, as we could easily find everything we needed for our holiday meals. the spacious balcony provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the festivities.

One of the biggest drawbacks was the difficulty in finding the location of the keys. The instructions provided were unclear, and we wasted a lot of time trying to locate the lockbox.
